It is important for every household to have safety prioritized. This does not only mean for those who need care, e.g. elderly or the disabled, but with kids, too, who are more susceptible to danger. When we have our daughter, we have put some bathroom safety products just to avoid any accidents. I can remember even while I was pregnant that hubby always make sure that the tub is slip free. I have never thought that having a kid would augment the care that we needed to take. In addition, since our girl became active, we made sure to have a toilet seat lock, just to have peace of mind whenever she sneaks her way to the bathroom, at least she will be safe. Anyway, I know that when she grows we will not need those things.
