This alerted me...

I have just learned that choosing a dietary supplement does not only focus on how it works but also its side effects. It is not only once or twice that I mentioned about my pluck of taking a diet pill 5 years ago, when my boyfriend [now my husband] and I were just about to meet. It worked for me for quite a while; I did not see/feel side effects. After careful thoughts, I want to consider taking a diet pill again. At least it could help speed up the process of loosing weight. On the other hand, I am also a bit skeptical after I read consumer reviews. I have learned that what we should note in those supplements is the absence of an ingredient called ma huang, which is currently banned in the US because of the number of reported deaths. Friends, we have to be careful.

That is one reason too that Nuphedra,a diet pill that helped burn 3-5 pounds per week, is under reformulation. But don't worry, the safer version with the same effect is coming out soon/
