Beautifeel shoes

You may have read my entry about the problem with my right foot, until now, the problem is still here. I knew that it is not only the cold temperature that triggers it to happen because I have realized that whenever it is free from anything e.g. idle[ when lying or sitting] the numbness is still felt. I like it squeezed and if possible, tied so tightly. I do not know the exact cause but I doubt it was from a stumble when I was wearing a high heeled shoe. It may have been sprained from the inside. Now I have decided never to wear high-heeled shoes when the path is rough. At the moment, I am in the look out for summer shoes. I want it free from close shoes when going out for sometime, the weather temperature seems so nice anyway.
