Good luck Dad...

I am spreading this to the whole wide world.Let us all wish my husband (Shiela's dad) good luck for his upcoming driving test. He will be sitting for his 2nd time tomorrow at noon.I hope that he will be able to show the tester his competency and confidence, as what I've seen in him. I believe that he is ready this time. And I know that GOD didn't allow him to pass that time as he was pressurized, he's tired and it's his first time. There is always a 2nd chance and let's keep our fingers crossed from his success.

Thank you very much!

HD ready TV for him

What gift do you think is the best thing I can give to my husband for Christmas? He has been talking about buying a plasma TV or HDTV so that he can watch films or programs with full and clear pictures. We saw plasma TVs around here with speakers and he dearly envies them. It would not be a problem if only we have money for that. Besides, we already have TV, 20” is just enough for me. This is convenient when we are moving out because it can be packed easily.

Anyway, I may have to get an alternative for that. Not a computer as he has one and not money as I don’t have any. What do you think most men want to have this Christmas?

Feeling Irish...(weather wise)

In spite of the cold weather condition, my daughter still doesn’t feel any difference. She wants to take out anything she has on her body when she feels bothered. I shiver when I am outside some times and I’m worried about her but once I put hat and gloves on her, she will complain. She also doesn’t like to wear jacket. At home, she would prefer moving without nappy.

This situation is usual for babies in the Philippines. Because of humidity, you can always expect to wear just the nappy or shirt. Most kids also like being naked, hehe. I cannot imagine how Shiela would react once she tastes Philippines’ weather. I cannot wait for her to experience being free from hot water when bathing, and free from tights and boots…

I also plan to train her there without the nappy. She should also be consistent with her toilet training here. She once been excellent when every time she feels like to poop, she tells me and then asks me to help. But that was just about weeks. I was tired of her asking me every time where she ends up always playing in the loo. That was just one of her tactics to get attention from Mommy.

Updates for friendster.com

I talked to friends while waiting for Shady to finish his lessons with our friend. Since most of the men brought their wives, we gathered and chatted about everything else. Then friendster came up to our minds.I supposed, people abroad use friendster to get connected to friends back home[just as we do].I should expect that their wives know about internet since their husbands are active internet users.Of course, the problem with friendster shook us.I was worried about our photos, and I am glad that when I opened it today,it did successfully. They also told me that they can't load. Some of them told me that they lost their friends, just like Recel.

I thought Philippines users didn't have a problem.I asked a friend and she said nothing changed. But one of the friends I chatted with yesterday said that their maid back home is sick because of not being able to view photos of them. She must be joking!

Anyway, friendster is back to normal. My friend's list is complete and I am glad about it.I still can see and get updates of my friend-ship hehe.

This orovo could work for me...

If you are a regular reader of this blog, then I supposed you’ve read some of my posts about my desire to lose weight. I have not made any moves yet [I guess I did, but not enough]. I drew my timetable, as per time management, I also have drawn tasks to keep me active, but I never followed them. Shadrack, my husband, asked what happened to my plans, it is such a shame!

I realized that if I put my plans of losing weight aside because of lack of determination, it might be too late. I already feel some difference in my body, the way I breathe and the way I do things. I know all these are related to my being huge. I am not huge like people that you see on newspapers or on TV that aren’t able to move anymore but I know if I continue being lazy, I will be heading there. And because of this, as I keep on telling you, I will try some alternative by considering diet pills.

I am afraid but as I read some reviews about them, particularly Orovo, I am sure I will be safe. I am convinced by the reviews I’ve read at SyberVision.com, I hope once I decide to buy this online it will work for me.

What's up now?

I learned lately that Friendster.com has bug in the system. A friend lost her friends in her list [including me],on the other hand,I can't load the site.I have Shiela's photos there that I failed to burn to a CD or anything safe.I was relying on my computer but as I reformatted when it crashed down, all are gone for good.

I hope that everything will be retrieved.I wouldn't care of my pictures, Shiela's would be more important. Now I should be more careful not to forget to transfer photos from this pc.Those photos are would tell Shiela how she was taken care of when she grows up.

Will he say yes or no?

I have been trying hard to lose body fats, not just weight. That is because losing weight is an expression that to me is cliché. I have been this close [pinching my fingers] to have my weight back to normal, unfortunately, I failed. I am gaining more weight everyday.

For the second time, I confess that I have taken diet pills before. I was too desperate then because of our scheduled first meeting with my boyfriend (now my husband). I honestly did not think that he would like me if he saw me fat that time. I thanked our local store that sold me those cheap diet pills. It worked for me with some mixtures of slimming tea. I hate doing routine exercises. I hate to be obliged to do it everyday. My husband will most likely nag at me when he hears me complaining of body fats because he knows that I don’t have an excuse. Will he consider me taking fat burners? I confessed to the World Wide Web that I took diet pills before, but not to him. Besides, he never asked and I am not sure he will be okay with it.

My girl's Christmas tree

Her one-year-old Christmas tree is up and she is now enjoying watching it. I haven’t turned the lights on, as she definitely will do that herself because of curiosity. I allowed her put some of the decorations so that she feels that it’s hers. We bought her first tree when she’s 11 months old. I think this should be for all of us since Daddy and Mommy hasn’t their own tree. The big ones are gorgeous; it just happened that we don’t have space during and after the festive season. We will get ours when God permits us to buy our house.

My girl looked very excited when she saw the tree. It’s like her first time of seeing it. I know that she has not any recollection 11 months ago. I can remember when she tried hard just to reach it on the table and she almost pulled it down. She was amazed by then and this time is different. She barely touches it and she checks it everyday. “Momi, tee? Hehehe. Here’s how she helped me put up her tree.
